Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wigs By Ciga. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
  • All wig orders are shipping 7-14 business days, unless stated otherwise. Rush orders are shipped 2-3 business days after an order is placed. The weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

  • If you are sending your hair for wig construction, please allow 5-7 business days for your wig to be ready for shipping.

Shipping and Tracking

  • At Wigs By Ciga, we take pride in getting your purchase to you as soon as possible. That's why all orders are shipped with tracking and signature confirmation. You will receive shipping tracking confirmation to the email that was provided when you placed your order. However, we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for more information. We hope you enjoy your purchase!

Refunds

  • Due to health and sanitation concerns, there are no refunds or exchanges on wigs that have already been shipped. If there are any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact by email wigsbyciga@gmail.com and we will try to best accommodate your needs. Thank you for your understanding.
Damages to your order
At Wigs By Ciga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you have received your order and it is damaged, we are not liable. However, if it is something that we can fix, we will do the best to our ability. It is advised, that you contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before doing so. We hope that this will not deter you from shopping with us again in the future.

  • No, exchanges are not permitted so please be sure when submitting an order. I will try my best to accommodate any requests you may have.
