Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wigs By Ciga. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Processing Time
- All wig orders are shipping 5-10 business days after an order is placed.Rush orders are shipped 2-3 business days after an order is placed.Orders are not shipped on weekends and/or holidays.
DUE TO COVID 19, shipping is delayed to 7-14 business days after order is placed. Rush order is currently unavailable except on ready to ship wigs.
Shipping and Tracking
- All orders are shipped with tracking.You will receive shipping tracking confirmation to the email that was provided when you placed your order. Wigs By Ciga is not responsible for any packagers lost in transit.
- There are no refunds on any wigs that have already been shipped out due to sanitary concerns. If there are any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please contact by email & I will best try to accommodate your needs.
Damages to your order
- Wigs By Ciga is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- No, exchanges are not permitted so please be sure when submitting an order. I will try my best to accolade any issues with your order.
